Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to contact us for a return. Returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee.

Please contact us at support@e-wire.com, or call us at 317-482-7184 to request a return authorization. Have your order number or name the order was placed with ready and we will email you an RMA and instructions for return. Shipping or freight on all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. A new order must be placed if you need a different item. If you provide the new order number at the time of your return request, the restocking fee may be lowered.

If we shipped you an incorrect or defective product, please contact us with the pictures of the shipment. Please contact us at support@e-wire.com with pictures of the item and any labels on the shipment and let us know if you require a replacement or refund for you purchase.

Other returns and refused packages will incur a 30% re-stocking fee plus freight.

Returned items need to meet the following guidelines:
• The item is in its original box and original packaging
• The item has not been used or cut in any way.  

Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, further additional fees may occur or the return may be refused with no refund.


Cancellations

Orders will not be cancelled or modified either in whole or in part, after e-wire.com has shipped. Refunds on orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 20% processing fee. Multiple cancellations by a single customer may result in a cancellation fee.
